How the Klass Wagen Car Shuttle Works
Klass Wagen operates as an off-airport car rental provider. This means our fleet and offices are located just outside the airport perimeter, allowing us to offer more competitive prices, greater vehicle availability, and a faster pick-up experience — without any loss of convenience.
The connection between the airport and our office is handled by our free shuttle service, available at every location we operate in.
On arrival — how to get to your car
- After landing, collect your luggage and proceed to the Arrivals hall. Exit the terminal building at the meeting point described on your city's shuttle page (links at the bottom of this article).
- Once you are at the meeting point, call the shuttle number listed on your reservation confirmation or on the city shuttle page. This lets our driver know you are ready.
- A minibus clearly marked with the Klass Wagen logo will arrive to collect you and transfer you to our office — typically within 20 minutes.
- At the office, our team will complete your check-in, review the rental agreement, and hand over your keys.
On return — how to drop off your car
- Drive your rental car back to the Klass Wagen office. The address is shown on your rental agreement and on each city's shuttle page.
- Our team will inspect the vehicle and complete the return check.
- Once the return is processed, the shuttle will transfer you back to the airport Departures terminal in time for your flight.
Allow extra time: We recommend planning your return to the office at least 2.5 to 3 hours before departure, to allow time for the vehicle inspection, check-out, and the shuttle transfer to the airport.
