Locations & Hours


How many stations do you have and where are they located?


Klass Wagen operates 20+ stations across Romania, Hungary, Portugal, and Austria.

Our offices are situated in:


  • Romania: Bucharest-Otopeni, Bucharest-Baneasa, Cluj-Napoca, Timisoara, Oradea, Sibiu, Craiova, Brasov, Suceava, Bacau, and Iasi.
  • Hungary: Budapest.
  • Portugal: Lisbon, Faro, Porto and Madeira.
  • Austria: Vienna.


What are your opening hours?


Most Klass Wagen locations operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, please be aware that some fees may apply for pick-ups or drop-offs outside standard business hours (typically between 18:00 and 08:00), depending on the website you used for your reservation. We recommend checking your booking voucher for specific details regarding potential early/late fees.


Exception: The downtown locations in Lisbon, Porto, Funchal and Madeira operate from Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 18:00. 


Process & Requirements


Can I take the car from a certain location and return it to another location?


Yes, Klass Wagen offers a "One-Way" rental service. This service is available for returns between offices within the same country where you initiated the rental. Additionally, cross-country one-way rentals are available exclusively between our offices in Romania and Hungary. The cost of the One-Way service varies depending on the distance between the pick-up and drop-off locations. You can find detailed pricing information in our Terms and Conditions, section 3.9.


Late/Early Returns


I'm late returning the car. Is there a problem?

Klass Wagen provides a grace period of 1 extra hour beyond your scheduled return time. If you return the car within this grace period, there will be no additional charges. However, if you are more than one hour late, you will be charged an additional day's rental, including any extra services you subscribed to.


I brought back the car earlier. Am I entitled to compensation? 


If you return your rental car before the agreed drop-off date, you will receive a discount voucher. This voucher is equivalent to the daily cost of unused additional services, up to a maximum of three days. The voucher has no expiry date and can be used at any Klass Wagen location for future rentals.


Note: This policy applies only to returns made at least one full day (24 hours) before the scheduled drop-off time.


My flight was delayed. What should I do?


If your flight is delayed, please inform our Customer Care Department as soon as possible. We will do our best to hold your reserved car until your arrival. We can discuss any additional details and arrangements over the phone to ensure a smooth pick-up process despite the delay.


Lost & Found


What should I do if I have forgotten an object in the vehicle?

If you realize you have left a personal item in your rental vehicle, please send an email to our Customer Care Department immediately. In your email, provide a detailed description of the forgotten object, your rental contract number, and the rental dates. Our team will then investigate and inform you if the item has been found.


How can I recover the lost object?


Once you have received confirmation that your lost object has been found, you have several options for recovery:


  1. In-person Pick-up: You can collect the object directly from the office where you returned the car.
  2. Authorized Representative: A family member or friend can pick up the object on your behalf, provided they are duly identified.
  3. Courier Service: You can arrange for a courier service to collect the object. Please ensure that you provide them with all necessary details for identification and collection.
